I have the perfect intercooler core for the K03, K04, or GTRS elim. It's measurements are:

Endtank to Endtank: 28"
Inlet/Outlet: 2.5"
Core: 20"
Height: 6.5"
Thickness: 2.5"






It is an eBay core, but it seems to be built well and is a bar and plate design

I swear that is the same intercooler I have and it works great. No pressure drop, no boost loss whatsoever. It is like 125 on ebay...lol.

they have piping kits on ebay that you could use, I know Tomritt used a piping kit from eBay that's worked out for him so far. you could also try getting some piping from atpturbo.com or any other site that sells mandrel piping. let me know if you are interested further. Thanks
