When you say plug and play is that the whole ECU or do I have to do something with my current one.

Is this only for 96-99 1.8t? Or can it fit a 2000 1.8t?

8D0 907 557 P is only for the 1996-1999.5 B5 A4's .... >2000 ECU's are the 4B0 XXX XXX Y...The 557P ECU will not fit a TT or a >2000 B5 A4......Just an FYI
