You can check and see if it will fit, but these parts were intended for a 1997 A6 with the 2.8l

I know it fits the 2.8l A4 too. Oh it is a 30v though.

Anyway, I have a waterpump and thermostat that have never been used and my A6 had to go so if anyone wants the parts, I will take a reasonable offer (you know like half the price you would pay at shokan or somewhere else)*plus shipping*. I will probably sell them on Craigslist if I don't hear anything from here pretty soon.
