Default Whirring noise @ 20mph, right passenger side

Hello, wondering if anyone has a differential diagnosis for a whirring noise on my Audi 2001 Allroad.

It is fairly loud with the windows down, seems to be coming from the right passenger side and starts up when I reach about 20-25 mph. It disappears when the car is coming to a stop. It also disappears at higher speeds (totally absent on highway driving).

Thanks in advance.

Problem with the wheel I presume?

please tell us if the whirring happens when you step on the gas. does it happen in boost, does it happen when you coast, does it go away when you turn or go straight. trying to single out if its a bad cv a bad wheel bearing or a bad turbo.
