Default Water in my spare tire well? 6"

Wow! I just happened to check things out under my rear compartment area and found at least 6" of water in the spare tire well.

Luckily the pump works.

Anyone have this problem also/before?
Should the spare still be ok?

Thanks

What pump did you use? Is there a built in one on the car?

Default Clarification

My spare tire pump is what I was referring to not being damaged.
I just used my daughters extra sippy cup to scoop the h2o out.
That was fun!

The compressor for the air bags went out at the same time and the dealer said it was not related to the h2o.

I still have not found the leak yet.
