I just purchased an 2001allroad 2.7 super cheap because it had a check engine light that couldn't b read and leaking front left shock . The power steering fluid was low so I stopped at a shop filled it problem fixed I hope ! Now the main problem, when I pulled out I stopped put in park long story short now it won't move in any gear . It wasn't doing anything weird before that all gears worked fine no noticeable slippage etc . Couldnt get a read out from the diag now it's at the shop . Any ideas as to what could be the prob with the tranny ? Any way that one of the shop people could have done something to it to make it do that as I left the car with the hood up for several minutes unattended when the shop guy was trying to find the hydraulic fluid . Maybe I'm paranoid but I don't k ow anything
Bout this shop and it's not in a great neighborhood . I have to wait a couple days to find out anything cuz of hurricane sandy . Oh and the car was sitting for a while too because of the shock .
