Default potential 2.7t tiptronic buyer warranty question

I really love the allroad, but maintenance issues are/were scaring me away from it. However, the dealer I found a couple allroads at is offering a full drive train warranty of 5 years / 100,000 miles for $749. I asked if it included things like turbos/intercoolers/etc... and he said it did cover everything. So without the fear of paying for turbos and oil leaks it seems like I can't turn down the warranty. What is everyone else's experience/opinions on dealer warranties like this?

Here is the allroad i'm looking at purchasing. It's a 2002 with 110,000 miles but the torque converter was changed within the last 50 miles, suspension and compressor were inspected for leaks. Cost is $8995, so still under 10k with the warranty.

Audi Pure and Audi Assured are very good warranties that cover just about everything minus the cosmetic stuff.

I would not recommend buying an allroad without one
