not to long ago my a4 hydrolocked and i picked up a 90 jetta 8 valver for daily commuting, well the tranny seized up and now im trying to replace it i bought a whole motor with trans from the same type motor and year of my own......heres the problem one say german 14 and the other says german 18, the sensor in the 14 is 2 wire and the 18 is 4 wire, are the trannys still the same, i was told it would work but no im skeptical, please help
