Default 97 A6 No Heat

My 97 A6 Wagon blows cold air only. I think the temperature flap is stuck. I'm not sure which motor controls this flap, or how the motor is powered. Does it have a fuse? I ran the codes through the climate control unit but the fault codes don't match any that I've seen before. For example, the fault code for channel 36 (one of the Temperature regulator flap motor channels) is 23.5 . Any suggestions?

Update, when I turned on the car after running the fault codes, it displayed 8.6 which is the Temperature regulator flap motor fault code. Where is this motor and can I replace it myself? Thanks!
